ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • All field non-overhead profit centers have been activated for integration between IQNavigator (IQN) and Kronos. This allows for agency workers to punch in/out of Kronos and their labor hours to be exported to IQN. Please refer to the Kronos Agency Integration w/ IQNavigator Quick Reference Guide for training and support information.
  • REMINDER - There are only two payroll days (Thursday and Monday). Missed punches are to be corrected daily. Timecard corrections and approvals are due by 1pm local time on your payroll day. Review Kronos and MyPay quick reference document for links to Kronos job aids.
  • Tip Keeper – Tip Keeper application is within Kronos; enter tips before approving timecards (only if you have tipped employees).
  • As a Kronos user, you have access to the Kronos Workforce Mobile app. This app allows you to view schedules, review timecard exceptions, fix missed punches, and approve timecards.
  • Download the app via your smartphone and be sure to enter the url (server address) as: /m.aramarklabor.com/wfc
